Teaming up with Würth IT GmbH, Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG developed the PICO voice and chat assistant, which speeds up important sales processes. The digital assistant processes user enquiries in real time and provides information and documents by voice or chat. PICO is thus able to perform simple, repetitive tasks for sales staff in the field and inside staff around the clock. PICO is constantly evolving and will also be able to provide support in other areas such as HR, logistics and vehicle fleet management in the future. This makes PICO an important component of Würth’s sales strategy, increasing employee efficiency and paving the way for future innovations.
