Working with Cegid, the Cegid Retail Live Store solution has been implemented, enabling store staff to assist customers anywhere in the store, making the shopping experience more flexible and efficient.

The system combines features such as endless aisles, click & collect and the integration of online and offline transactions to create a unified shopping journey. It also supports real-time reporting to streamline store operations and seamlessly integrates GANT’s product catalogue into customer interactions.
