The app enables direct communication between store managers, store employees and the head offices all over Germany, fostering quicker feedback. This is particularly beneficial for multi shift work, where reaching all employees simultaneously was previously a challenge. It also provides access to news and information, a learning platform, and digital shift plans, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. As all stores gradually adopt this digital framework, employees can quickly access shared knowledge, saving time for essential tasks and customer se rvice. The app also enables employees to provide direct feedback, creating a channel for ideas and process improvements from market to management. The employee app serves as a catalyst for efficient, collaborative, and innovative workplace communication. The technology partner is Flip.
